100% pure cardamom seed oil DESCRIPTION:Cardamom essential oil is obtained from the fragrant seeds of the Elettaria Cardamomum plant, native to India. In traditional Ayurvedic therapies, the spice was used in preparations to help the body fight viruses and digestive ailments. The practice of aromatherapy uses this oil in a very similar way. This calming oil can help relieve stomach cramps and indigestion. COMPOSITION: 100% cardamom seed oil (Elettaria cardamomum) - ethically harvested cardamom.Naturally occurring allergens: citral, geraniol, limonene and linalool. HOW TO USE: In the vaporizer: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to the vaporizer or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years of age.) For massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil.
