The Method of Using a Regulated Power Supply Instead of Solar Energy: Step 1: Adjust the regulated power supply to the solar MPPT voltage (such as 18V) Step 2: Connect the stabilized power supply to the input terminal and not the battery to be charged. If the output voltage is present, increase the MPPT CW until there is no voltage output. Then slowly turn down the MPPT CCW until there is just an output voltage. Step 3: Turn down the output voltage CCW until the red and blue lights flash, and then roughly adjust the output voltage to the full cut-off voltage Step 4: Connect the battery that is just fully charged. If the blue light is on, increase the output voltage CW until the red light is on.
