Each LED output can achieve 4096 level (12 bit) linearly programmable brightness from fully off (default) to maximum brightness. 3. 16 push pull outputs that can be software programmed as open drain LED output selection (default is push pull) (can sink 25mA sink current and provide 10mA source current at 5V), no input function. 4. Output state can be programmed to change on answer or stop command to update all outputs simultaneously or byte by byte (default stop command change). 5. Low active output enable input pin, when the pin is high, the LED output can be programmed to 0, 1 or high impedance state (power on default is high impedance state). 6. 6 hardware address pins allow up to 62 PCA9685 devices on the same I2C bus. 7. The LED output frequency (all LEDs) is usually 40Hz to 1000Hz (when the oscillator is 25MHz, the prescaler register default value of 1EH will produce a refresh frequency of 200Hz). 8.4 software programmable I2C bus addresses (one LED group call (Call) address and three LED sub call (Call) addresses), so that groups of devices can be addressed at the same time in any combination (for example, a register for All Call then all PCA9634 devices on the I2C bus can be addressed at the same time, and the second register is used for three different addresses, then 1/3 of the devices on the bus in a device group can be address at the same time), software enables and disables I2C bus address. 9.
