From her history-making win for Guitarist of the Year at the 2017 IBMA Awards to 1M streams and counting on Spotify, all signs indicate that MOLLY TUTTLE is the next in a line of storied performers like Vince Gill and Alison Krauss who used their consummate musicianship to break boundaries in bluegrass music and blossom into mainstream performing artists, appealing to fans in country, Americana and pop. Molly has just been announced to perform at Celtic Connections on January 27th, 2018 and will return to the UK in April for a co-headlining tour with Rachel Baiman. On her debut solo EP RISE, Molly reveals the scope of her diverse influences. Produced by Kai Welch (Abigail Washburn, Bobby Bare, Jr., the Greencards), the seven-song collection builds a bridge from bluegrass to Americana as Molly breaks free without breaking ties, singing and exploring what her six-string acoustic guitar can do.
