If the flash does not work, try going into the camera's menu and changing the flash setting to "Manual Mode / M". Troubleshooting for not working as expected: 1. Shutter Speed setting: This flash does not have TTL function or high-speed sync. We recommend using a shutter speed below 1/200s; otherwise, photos may show black or white edges. 2. Sensitivity setting: We recommend setting the ISO sensitivity to 100, then adjusting higher based on lighting conditions. Aperture setting: We recommend setting the aperture to f/2.8, then adjusting based on lighting conditions.
