The length of the cone, the inlet, and the outlet of the nozzle determine the pattern and the speed of the blasting medium emerging from the nozzle. It is durable and can provide a long service life. The composition of the coating material determines its wear resistance. Ideal for use with manual box grinders and box-type automatic sanding machines, suitable for removing tar, rust, old paint, and various other materials. Instructions: 1. The operator inserts the nozzle washer into a threaded nozzle holder and tightens it by hand until firmly seated on the washer. 2. When all equipment is properly assembled and tested, the operator directs the nozzle at the surface to be cleaned and activates the remote control handle to begin blasting. 3. The operator holds the nozzle 18 to 36 inches from the surface and moves it evenly at a speed that achieves the desired surface cleanliness. Each pass should slightly overlap the previous one. 4. The operator must replace the nozzle when the opening exceeds the original size by 1/16 inch.
