DIY Morse Code Decoder Kit LCD

Printed circuit board measures 101 mm × 50 mm and operates on 9 V DC power with a current draw of 33 mA. The circuit decodes continuous wave (CW) audio signals by detecting dots, dashes, and inter-character timing gaps to convert them into readable text. An onboard LCD display shows the decoded Morse sequence in real time and calculates the incoming transmission speed in words per minute. A dedicated external push button enables hands-on manual Morse encoding practice without external audio sources. The kit includes one unpopulated PCB designed for soldering assembly — ideal for learning electronics fundamentals, signal processing, and radio communication principles.
