The length of the cone, the inlet, and the outlet of the nozzle determine the pattern and the speed of the blasting medium emerging from the nozzle. It is durable and can provide a long service life. The composition of the coating material determines its wear resistance. Perfect for manual box grinder and box type automatic sanding machine, suitable for removing tar, rust, old paint, and many other materials. Instructions: 1. The operator inserts the nozzle washer into a foreign-threaded nozzle holder and turns it into the nozzle by hand until it is firmly seated on the washer. 2. When all associated equipment is properly assembled and tested, the operator directs the nozzle at the surface to be cleaned and presses the remote control handle to start blasting. 3. The operator holds the nozzle 18 to 36 inches from the surface and moves it evenly at a speed that produces the desired results. Each pass should overlap slightly. 4. The operator must replace the nozzle as soon as the opening is 1/16 inch beyond the original size.
