Place the synthetic reactor in the heater and raise the temperature to the required temperature ( less than the prescribed safe temperature ) <br>2. At the end of the reaction, the cooling rate should be ≤ 5c/min strictly in order to avoid damaging the reactor. <br>3. After confirming the temperature in the kettle is lower than the boiling point of the solvent in the reactant, loosen the cover of the kettle, and then open the cover of the kettle. <br>4. Pour the reactant into the PTFE liner and ensure that the feeding is less than 80%, and for the first time must less than 30% <br>5. Install the kettle body correctly and tighten the kettle cover.The hydrothermal synthesis reactor is placed on a heater and heated to the desired reaction temperature (less than the required safe temperature) at the rate specified. <br>6. When the reaction is complete, it should be cooled, and the cooling rate should be strictly followed to ensure safety and the service life of the reactor. <br>7. When confirming that the temperature in the abdominal cavity is below the boiling point, the solvent reaction system can only open the lid after subsequent operations. <br>8. The hydrothermal synthesis reactor should be cleaned after each use to avoid corrosion.
