Our special adhesive pads, made of a completely transparent, self-adhesive material, allow the optical unit to be reused. How to proceed: First, carefully remove the optical unit from the glass using an installation rod or sensor removal tool. Since most optical units are made of plastic, they must not have a use with solvent-based cleaners. It is best to peel off the remaining glue with your fingers. For final cleaning, use a cleaner that evaporates without residue and does not corrode the plastic. Now first glue the adhesive pad to the optical unit and then the entire part to the windshield.
