Built-in PWM signal generator for speed adjustment. Fan speed adjustment range: 0-100%. Turn the knob clockwise to increase speed, counterclockwise to reduce speed. Designed primarily for use with charging or rechargeable batteries, commonly with output capacity of 5V/2A. Higher specifications are less common. The 12V/0.7A fan load approaches the full power capability of 5V/2A power sources. Cooling capacity is limited due to compact size. Recommended output current: below 0.7A for short-term use and below 0.5A for long-term use. This refers to current at maximum speed; fan current varies proportionally with speed.
