USB-to-LOGO Isolated Programming Cable

This 3 m programming cable bridges modern PCs and Siemens LOGO! PLCs using a USB-A interface on one end and a 6-pin square connector on the other. Built with PVC jacketing and tinned copper conductors, it delivers robust mechanical and electrical performance. The core feature is full photoelectric isolation — optical coupling isolates data signals between USB and PLC domains, blocking common-mode noise and protecting sensitive electronics. Additional protection includes TVS diodes and current-limiting circuits. The cable contains an embedded high-speed signal conversion IC, enabling stable baud rates up to 115.2 kbps. It draws operating power from both the USB host and the LOGO! controller, supporting uninterrupted operation during firmware updates and live diagnostics.
