COMPOSITION:100% Citrus nobilis (tangerine) peel oil )HOW TO USE:In a vaporizer: add 6 to 8 drops of essential oil to the vaporizer or burner. Inhalation: Add 3 to 5 drops of essential oil to a bowl of very hot water, inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 minutes. (Inhalation only for children over 10 years of age.) For massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil, such as almond or jojoba oil. Bath: Add 4 to 6 drops of essential oil per 20 ml of carrier oil.
