Solid Beech Spiral Spring Shoe Trees

These shoe trees are precision-carved from sustainably sourced, untreated beech wood — dense, stable, and naturally porous. Each unit is hand-finished with fine sanding and light polishing to maximise surface area for moisture exchange while protecting delicate leathers. The core innovation is the all-wood spiral spring: a resilient, fatigue-resistant helical form cut directly into the heel block, delivering consistent, silent expansion without hinges, screws or external hardware. They span EU sizes 36–48, with proportional scaling ensuring correct arch support and toe-box fill regardless of foot width. Use them nightly after wear to restore shape, draw out residual humidity, and preserve sole adhesion — especially beneficial for full-grain and calf leather shoes exposed to variable UK weather conditions.
