Description

This smart sensor detects whether your door or window opens or closes and sends the information to the Nedis SmartLife app. To do so, a Nedis Zigbee gateway (WIFIZBxxx) is required. This means you can do a lot of different things automatically, like getting notified when someone is home or getting a reminder when a door or window is open. By combining the sensor with other products in the Nedis SmartLife app, you can use more Nedis SmartLife products when a door is opened (e.g. light, smart plug or siren) or turn off a radiator or air conditioner when the door is open. The compact size and included battery with a lifespan of up to one year (with six trigger points per day) allow you to place the sensor anywhere you want (within a distance of about 30 meters from a Zigbee gateway).
