RS485 Wireless Transceiver Module

A self-contained, DIN rail-mountable wireless transceiver for extending RS485 networks over distance without physical cabling. Operates at 433 MHz with 20 dBm transmit power and -121 dBm receive sensitivity. Powered by 12–24 V DC supply. Enclosed in flame-retardant plastic housing (UL94 V-0 equivalent). Approximate dimensions: 90 × 55 × 25 mm; weight ~65 g. Features direct RS485 input/output and UART interface. Baud rate and RF channel selected via front-panel DIP switches — no software or computer needed. Designed for drop-in replacement of failed RS485 lines or expansion into new areas where trenching or conduit is cost-prohibitive. Compatible with standard industrial RS485 devices including PLCs, meters, and controllers.
