Demonstrates stable thermal conductivity across 20–2,500°C range and negligible reaction with common metallurgical slags or fluxes. Mechanical strength supports clamping, drilling, and light milling without chipping or delamination. Designed for direct integration into metal casting tooling—serving as ingot pads, die backing plates, or electrode preforms. Its thermal mass and conductivity balance supports directional solidification and reduces thermal stress in cast components. Applicable in small-batch foundries, university metallurgy labs, and electrode remanufacturing workshops where material consistency and process repeatability are prioritised.
