Two-piece galvanized steel post base system designed for 100–150 mm posts. Offers full vertical adjustability via a robust threaded screw column and locking mechanism. Includes safety lock set screw to prevent loosening under vibration or sustained load. All components assembled into a single, rigid unit with minimal clearance between moving parts. Height is adjusted manually using a pipe wrench on the external thread, followed by tightening the positioning nut to immobilise the assembly. Commonly deployed in residential and light commercial construction for reinforcing porches, deck corners, stair stringers, and crawl space columns where ground settlement or uneven substrates require field-adjustable solutions.
