I2C and serial communication, compatible with a wide range of control schemes, featuring a standard IO interface and a PH2.0 connector for easy connection. Equipped with 8 high-sensitivity infrared sensors to quickly detect contrast information between black and white surfaces, enabling reliable edge and line detection. Includes a keypad calibration function, eliminating the need to manually adjust a potentiometer and providing a convenient, repeatable setup. The integrated MCU reads data from the infrared sensor array and outputs both digital and analog data for downstream processing. Typical applications: - Robotic line following, edge detection on conveyors, and automated alignment tasks. - Industrial inspection for print or label contrast and marking detection. - Material sorting or quality control on production lines where contrast differences matter.
